Analytics Tab Overview
The Analytics tab gives you the numbers behind your operations — what's working, what's slipping, and what's coming. Everything is scoped to your active vendor and store.
Period selector
The first control is the period filter:
- Today
- This week
- This month
- This year
Every KPI on the page recomputes when you change this. Each KPI also shows two deltas:
- vs prior period — change vs the equivalent length window immediately before
- vs year-ago — change vs the same window 365 days ago
Green = up, red = down (with the obvious caveat that "up" isn't always good — e.g. cancellations).
Headline KPI cards
| KPI | Definition | |---|---| | Total revenue | Sum of payments captured in the period | | Bookings | Count of bookings created in the period | | Avg revenue per booking | Total revenue ÷ bookings | | Utilization % | Days rented ÷ available unit-days × 100 | | Avg rental duration | Mean days per booking | | Avg price | Average per-day rate after tier discounts | | Add-on attach rate | Bookings with at least one add-on ÷ all bookings | | Add-on revenue | Sum of add-on charges | | Fleet revenue | Revenue attributable to fleet units (vs non-fleet products) | | Fleet utilization | Days rented across the fleet ÷ available unit-days | | Avg revenue per unit | Fleet revenue ÷ active units |
Drill-downs
Three deeper sections below the headline:
- Customer & Add-on Analytics — top customers, repeat rate, add-on breakdown
- Fleet Insights & Forecast — per-unit revenue and utilization, plus 14/30/90-day forecast
- Demand & Staffing graphs — booking volume trends and assignment volume trends
Tip — vendor scope
When you're a multi-vendor admin, set the Vendor Filter in the hero before reading the numbers — otherwise you're seeing platform-wide totals, which can mask per-vendor patterns.
