Fleet Tab Overview
The Fleet tab zooms in from products to individual units — each physical asset's lifecycle, availability, and maintenance history. Three sub-tabs:
| Sub-tab | What it's for | |---|---| | Units | Plate, photo, odometer, fuel level, monthly revenue, utilization %, current renter | | Availability | Day × unit color grid showing which unit is rented when | | Maintenance | Service log, recurring services (insurance, registration), cost tracking |
Units sub-tab
A list of every unit across all products, with:
- Photo + identifier
- Plate / asset ID
- Odometer (km)
- Fuel level (visual gauge)
- Monthly revenue
- Utilization % (days rented / days in period)
- Current renter (if out)
- Due date (when current rental returns)
- Service-due badge (if any insurance / registration / scheduled service is approaching)
You can click a unit to open the Vehicle Data & Utilization detail.
Availability sub-tab
A colour grid: rows = units, columns = days. Each cell is:
- Green — unit available
- Red — unit out (rented)
- Yellow — unit due for service (won't accept new bookings until cleared)
This is the canonical view when you're figuring out "do I have a free Honda Wave 110 next Tuesday?" and want to look at specific physical units instead of just stock counts.
Maintenance sub-tab
The service log. See Maintenance & Service Log for the full workflow.
