Read-only metrics
- Monthly revenue — sum of payments attributed to bookings on this unit, in the current calendar month
- Utilization % — days rented ÷ days in period × 100 (default period: trailing 30 days)
- Current renter — guest name, if the unit is currently out
- Due date — when the active rental returns (if any)
- Service status — Available / Out / Due for service (yellow badge if any renewal is within 30 days)
Why utilization matters
The Analytics tab's Fleet Insights & Forecast rolls up these per-unit numbers to give you a fleet-wide picture. A unit with persistently low utilization is a candidate for re-pricing, repositioning to another store, or retirement.
