Rental Finder Overview
The Rental Finder is how you discover things to do, places to stay, and stuff to rent during your trip — all on one platform, regardless of which hotel hosts you. Rentals (scooters, kayaks, apartments) and experiences (tours, classes) all live in the same search.
Where you'll see it
You'll meet the Rental Finder in two main places:
- On the homepage — the embedded finder block on the hotel's website, with date pickers and quick filters
- In the Guest Portal — the modern app at
<region>.hilucy.com(e.g.tulum.hilucy.com) with a search bar, listing pages, and Lucy chat
Both connect to the same inventory. Use whichever you land on.
The journey, end to end
1. Discover → Search bar, browse cards, or ask Lucy
2. Browse → Filter by date, length, category, owner
3. Detail → Read the listing, see the photos
4. Pick options → Choose dates, quantity, add-ons, delivery
5. Book → Complete checkout with Stripe
6. Stay → Use Lucy chat for questions, room service, anything

What you can rent or book

The filters and detail pages adapt to the type — booking a scooter shows a delivery option, booking a yoga class shows time slots, etc.
Why it's special
The Rental Finder doesn't just show you the property you're staying at — it shows you everything available in your area, across all participating vendors. Stay at hotel A, rent a scooter from vendor B, take a tour with vendor C — one search, one chat, one platform.
