Inventory Tab Overview

The Inventory tab is your view into rentable products — what's in stock, what's out, and how the next 7 days look.
What you see
For each product:
- Stock — total units configured
- Available — units not currently bound to an in-progress rental
- Out — units currently rented
- Price / interval — base price and the rental interval (per day / per hour)
- Tier info — pop-out showing all pricing tiers and date adjustments
- Manage units — opens a modal to edit identifiers, photos, and serial numbers
On mobile, products render as cards; on desktop, they're a table with sortable columns.
Week-at-a-glance grid
A 7-day grid per product shows availability across the next week. Each cell is colour-coded:
- Green — units available
- Yellow — partially booked (some out, some available)
- Red — fully booked
This is a quick way to spot capacity bottlenecks before they hit you mid-week. For a deeper view, use the Fleet Tab availability grid which goes per-unit instead of per-product.
What to do here
- Set pricing tiers and date adjustments — multi-day discounts, seasonal uplifts
- Manage units and identifiers — add/edit physical units, photos, serials
Tip — filter by store
The Store Switcher in the hero filters the inventory view to a single pickup/dropoff location. Use this when you have inventory split across multiple bases.
