HiLucy's WiFi Captive Portal turns your property's WiFi network into a guest engagement tool. When guests connect to WiFi, they're greeted with a branded welcome screen and guided straight into the HiLucy guest experience.

How It Works

  1. Guest connects to your property's WiFi network
  2. Splash screen — the captive portal opens automatically with your property's branding and a welcome greeting. The guest accepts the WiFi terms and chooses a path: "I have a reservation" or "Just browsing"
  3. Identify — guests with a reservation confirm who they are so the portal can match them to their stay; browsing visitors just leave an email
  4. WiFi access is granted — the device is authorized on the network
  5. Chat with Lucy — the guest lands on a chat screen where they can start a conversation with LucyAI right away, plus see any offers your property is promoting

The splash screen is built for the small pop-up browsers phones use for WiFi sign-in, so it loads fast and works reliably across iPhone and Android.
