HiLucy Mobile Apps

HiLucy is coming to your pocket. Two native mobile apps are rolling out for iOS and Android as of July 2026:

  • HiLucy Guest — the guest experience: chat with Lucy, view your folio, order room service, book activities, and manage your stay
  • HiLucy Admin — the property dashboard for owners and staff: reservations, rentals, messages, and operations on the go

Current Status

Both apps are in the final stages of store review and testing. They are not yet publicly downloadable — watch this page and our release notes for the announcement when they go live on the App Store and Google Play.

What to Expect

The apps mirror the web experience you already know. Everything available at app.hilucy.com (for guests) and admin.hilucy.com (for staff) works the same way in the apps, with the convenience of a home-screen icon and a native full-screen feel. Your account, conversations, and data are shared — sign in with the same credentials and pick up right where you left off.

In the Meantime

You don't have to wait to get an app-like experience:

  1. Open app.hilucy.com (guests) or admin.hilucy.com (staff) in your phone's browser
  2. Use your browser's Add to Home Screen option
  3. Launch HiLucy from your home screen like any other app

The web app is fully mobile-optimized, including the full-screen chat experience.
