The Rental Manager is a dedicated dashboard for day-to-day booking operations, accessible from your WordPress admin panel.

Key Features

Booking Table

View all bookings with sortable columns:

• Guest name and contact
• Check-in / check-out dates
• Payment status (paid, owed, pending)
• Deposit verification status
• Rental duration

Deposit Panel

For each booking, the deposit panel shows:

• Deposit status — Verified, pending, or failed
• Card on file — Whether a payment method is saved
• Actions — Try another card, charge for damage, release deposit

Payment Collection

• Record payments received in cash or other methods
• Track outstanding balances
• Charge card-on-file for damages or additional fees

Calendar View

Visual calendar showing occupancy across all units. Color-coded by:

• Confirmed bookings
• Pending bookings
• Blocked dates

The Rental Manager is available at your-site.com/rental-manager for logged-in staff members with appropriate permissions.
